Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the primary day-to-day client interface for a large mission-critical data center program, delivering value-added cost management. Build and maintain cost plans and estimates across design and delivery, produce executive-level monthly reporting, and validate cost inputs from design teams, GC, subs, and vendors. Lead procurement strategy, manage final accounts, and own change control, cost risk analysis, and earned value management where applicable.
