Key Responsibilities

  • •Support quoting, data organization, and creation of technical documentation for complex customer programs, including BOMs, RFQs, and specification reviews.
  • •Assist with internal cost-modeling and development of quoting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers and track quality documents and other solution-lifecycle activities from award through delivery.
  • •Participate in cross-functional meetings to learn the end-to-end solution lifecycle and bridge engineering, sales, and operations.
  • •Lead a capstone mini-project to improve process efficiency, such as automating a quoting workflow or streamlining documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •3-5 years of engineering/manufacturing experience (including internships or co-ops).
  • •Foundational knowledge of manufacturing principles, including familiarity with CNC Machining and Additive Manufacturing.
  • •Experience interpreting manufacturing drawings and GD&T.
  • •Demonstrated CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred) and ability to manage multi-line data in tools like Excel or Google Sheets and ERP/CRM systems.
