Key Responsibilities

•Advance Aon’s position and growth in the participant-directed retirement defined contribution market through senior, market-facing leadership.
•Lead client discussions on emerging patterns and opportunities across investment and non-investment aspects of defined contribution programs.
•Shape DC solution offerings and support business development activities including proposals, finalist meetings, and strategic pursuits.
•Collaborate with Wealth Solutions leaders (investment consulting, actuarial, legal, and compliance) to translate expertise into compelling client solutions.
•Speak at internal and external conferences and equip client teams with clear messaging, commercial framing, and market insights to pursue defined contribution opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years working in defined contribution plan consulting, plan administration, investments, or related retirement/benefits roles.
•Proven track record contributing to revenue growth, solution innovation, cross-selling, or practice development in a consulting or provider environment.
•Strong ability to translate market trends and complex defined contribution topics into clear, compelling client discussions and commercial opportunities.
•Experience collaborating across teams to strengthen positioning, advance opportunities, and support revenue growth.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as math, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.
