Set up and operate conventional CNC lathes to produce aerospace, jet engine, and military components at ATI’s Coon Valley Forged Products facility. Ensure parts meet required tolerances through precision machining and final inspection, including raw material inspection and cleaning. Maintain equipment with preventative maintenance, complete required documentation accurately, and collaborate with manufacturing leadership and team members while working 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform raw material incoming visual inspection.
•Set up and operate CNC lathes to perform manufacturing operations.
•Machine parts to meet tolerances for final inspection.
•Inspect and clean finished products at the end of the production cycle, including product final inspection.
•Perform preventative maintenance tasks and complete required documentation while working closely with manufacturing leadership and team members.
