Data Analyst (Trust & Safety)

Analyze user activity data to uncover scam and fraud patterns across listings, accounts, messaging, and transactions. Own the lifecycle of detection rules in internal risk systems—propose, test, deploy, and iterate with engineering and operations. Translate investigation findings into detection signals, monitor rule performance metrics, and tune based on precision/recall and false positives. Build dashboards to track fraud trends and collaborate cross-functionally on fraud tooling and model development.
