Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate and implement the DHCM HSE Management System and the emergency response & crisis management plan with zone and safety stakeholders.
  • •Ensure contractor/service provider HSE compliance with approved contractor HSE plans and contract terms; chair regular safety meetings.
  • •Review fire and life safety drawings, conduct fire risk assessments, inspections, audits, and prepare weekly/monthly reports and visit reports.
  • •Attend incidents and emergencies, ensure reporting, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions with trend analysis.
  • •Identify training needs and arrange/deliver training; support ESTIFA certificate attainment and ensure buildings meet legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an HSE field.
  • •Lead Auditor qualifications for ISO 45001 and NEBOSH IGC Level 3/ASP.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar field.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience as an assistant manager Health & Safety in communities.
  • •Strong knowledge of HSE standards (including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and the ability to use automated HSE management applications and Microsoft Office tools.
