Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) and Project Quality Plan (PQP), including quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Review and approve method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and material submittals; ensure construction activities follow specifications, drawings, and authority requirements.
  • •Lead non-conformance and corrective actions, including management of NCRs, SORs, and CARs, and ensure timely close-out of quality observations and deficiencies.
  • •Coordinate with material engineers and laboratories, including review of test reports, field testing results, and quality certifications to verify material compliance.
  • •Supervise QA/QC and quality inspection teams, run quality audits and reporting (dashboards, KPI/audit reports), and liaise with authorities for approvals, inspections, testing & commissioning, and asset handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience on major infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years as a Senior QA/QC Engineer or QA/QC Manager.
  • •Proven experience across roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, electrical, telecom, public realm, and transportation infrastructure.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, and FIDIC contracts.
  • •Experience with quality auditing, laboratory testing, material approvals, NCR management, and construction quality control; familiarity with BIM/digital quality tools is an advantage.
