Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary program lead for cyber security and coordinate the Core Tech cross-departmental programme roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and progress reporting.
  • •Serve as connective tissue between Workplace IT, Cyber Security, Production Operations, and Developer Experience by running cadences and coordinating backlogs into a single programme.
  • •Plan and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical programmes with clear milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • •Run the operating rhythm for agile teams (stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives) to keep teams focused and moving.
  • •Partner with teams to understand technical trade-offs, pressure-test plans, and communicate status, risks, and decisions to engineers and senior stakeholders.

  • •Experience in technical programme or project management, delivering complex programmes in a software/technology organisation.
