Key Responsibilities

  • •Own equipment improvement plans for maintenance strategies and equipment availability to maximize production equipment availability.
  • •Develop preventive maintenance approaches, BOM development/selection of critical spare parts, and integrate equipment with IoT for real-time performance monitoring.
  • •Design and integrate sensors and monitoring triggers, iterating on machine design improvements for reliability.
  • •Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to drive proactive reliability programs and address high-consequence failures.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with equipment control systems, machinery, tooling, and industrial automation.
  • •Ability to read and understand equipment schematics, P&ID, GD&T, and OEM manuals.
