Key Responsibilities

•Manage relationships with key insurance industry clients across geographies and solution lines, collaborating with Reinsurance, Inpoint, STG and other Account Executives.
•Develop a deep understanding of clients’ strategy, opportunities, and challenges to align them with Aon capabilities.
•Influence client delivery at all levels and maintain up-to-date relationship mappings across client teams.
•Collaborate on pipelines globally and help teams win opportunities across solution lines.
•Represent Aon at industry events and drive client participation in key events and forums.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
•Deep knowledge of the Insurance industry and ability to access Aon resources for content and solution delivery

•Strong consulting skills to identify client needs and assemble internal resources
•Financial acumen to discuss client financials and strategy with internal teams
