•Delegate effectively to develop personnel and balance the workload
•Establish standards and provide feedback to subordinates; coach employees to improve performance
•Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

•University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
