Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide counsel and process required information.
  • •Assess customers’ banking needs, recommend and educate on available deposit and loan products, and support digital-first self-service adoption.
  • •Proactively build relationships through outreach and follow up, maintaining working knowledge of consumer and business banking offerings.
  • •Provide an optimal client experience, including greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and completing service requests.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications, collaborating with branch teams and partners to serve clients operationally and accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Typically 1–2 years (Consultant 1) or 3–4 years (Consultant 2) or 4–5 years (Consultant 3) or 5+ years (Consultant 4) of job-related retail banking experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training).
  • •Ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
  • •Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients and provide proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
