Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct audits to gather use cases and UX patterns across our digital products, create reusable component and pattern definitions that can support a diverse range of use cases.
  • •Identify inconsistencies in existing component usage and design, and deviations from the existing design system
  • •Work collaboratively with teams to ensure alignment and adoption of a consistent set of components and patterns
  • •Work collaboratively with developers to implement and quality check components
  • •Crafting component and pattern usage guidelines

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years as a designer, with preferably 2+ years of experience maintaining a design system
  • •A portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of product design, craftsmanship, and innovative solutions from conception to launch
  • •Strong UI design skills with proficiency in Figma
  • •Content strategy, HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus
  • •Excellent methodical and critical thinking skills
