Job Summary

Manage the delivery of healthcare interface projects, serving as a subject matter expert in HL7, 837, and CCDA. Lead planning, discovery, connectivity, data delivery, and go-lives for integrations that obtain claims, scheduling, and clinical data from vendors into the population health platform. Coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage risks and escalations, negotiate and manage vendor relationships, and provide regular program health updates to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership to ensure high-quality project planning and execution while minimizing and mitigating portfolio risks.
•Manage the execution of multiple healthcare integrations project lifecycles to meet data specifications and service level agreements.
•Serve as the communication link between integrations and internal partners across Implementation Data Operations, Development and Operations, Product Management, and leadership.
•Manage issues, decisions, risks, and escalations to management and stakeholders; resolve blockers through technical problem solving.
•Maintain alignment of program scope to strategic business objectives and manage external vendor relationships, including negotiation and contract management.

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, 837, or related communication protocols.
•6+ years of program management or equivalent experience.
•4+ years experience with interoperability standards and methodologies.
•4+ years experience working with electronic health record (EHR), practice management, billing system, hospital system, etc.
•Experience and strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendors.
