Officer - People Services

Lead and drive onboarding and offboarding activities across the group, supervising day-to-day team work and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Review joiners/leavers reporting and monitor turnover, coordinate access cancellation and assets handover, and manage sensitive, confidential recruit and leaver processes. Partner closely with payroll for timely system uploads, support smooth exits, and contribute to process improvements and digital transformation into HRIS.
