Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to design KYC, AML, and anti-fraud controls that are practical, scalable, and customer-oriented.
  • •Conduct pre-launch and ongoing FinCrime risk assessments for new products and features, ensuring controls scale with product growth via automated monitoring.
  • •Provide regulatory advisory on existing and forthcoming BCB and CMN regulations and translate regulatory challenges into technical opportunities.
  • •Oversee FinCrime issue remediation and ensure timely mitigation of regulatory risks.
  • •Lead responses to regulatory audits and partner due diligence, and represent Wise in meetings with banking partners and the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB).
