Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed analyses/design according to design basis, project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • •Prepare detailed design calculations, analyses, and supporting documentation including design reports and procedures.
  • •Manage own time to meet deadlines/budgets, develop plans for short-term work, and ensure work is completed within budget.
  • •Delegate lead over the discipline project team when necessary and clearly communicate complex issues to establish understanding.
  • •Coordinate across disciplines to develop clash-free designs; support scope changes/variation orders; and provide technical direction/review, including vendor/subcontractor submittals and fabrication queries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • •8–15 years of experience in oil and gas with detailed design of offshore facilities.
  • •Preferably Registered Professional/Chartered Engineer or member of a professional engineering society.
  • •Good English in writing/speaking (B2 level minimum).
  • •Quality-oriented, schedule-conscious, and able to serve as a technical reference and coordinate discipline tasks.
