Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually with a digital-first mindset. Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•3 to 4 years of customer service experience (multiple levels; higher experience for higher levels).
•3 to 4 years of sales experience (multiple levels; higher experience for higher levels).
•Meet NMLS registration requirements under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including criminal background and credit check.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills plus proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
