Job Summary

Join an inspection-center team performing entry-level vehicle reconditioning tasks: detailing vehicles (wash, clean interior, exterior buffing), moving vehicles between departments, taking photobooth photos, and inspecting interiors and exteriors to identify imperfections. Work the first shift (Mon–Fri 6am–3pm) with possible mandatory overtime. Training is provided so your skills and pay can progress as you support Carvana’s customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Detail vehicles by washing, cleaning the interior, and performing exterior buffing.
•Move vehicles from one department to the next in the Inspection Centers.
•Take photos of vehicles for customers to view in the vehicle spinners.
•Inspect interior and exterior portions of vehicles and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
•Work scheduled hours for the first shift (Mon–Fri 6am–3pm) and be able to perform mandatory overtime when needed.

Key Requirements

•Be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.

•Use safety equipment including face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
