Own full-lifecycle recruiting for experienced hires, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, senior leaders, and People Business Partners. Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, senior leaders, and People Business Partners to align talent plans with Visa priorities.
•Deliver high-touch, consultative full-lifecycle recruiting and exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
•Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and employer branding.
•Use data, analytics, and market insights to inform hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.
•Represent Visa as a brand ambassador by engaging top talent and external partners across the market.

Key Requirements

•End-to-end talent acquisition experience within a global, matrixed organization.
•Exceptional English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
•Proven ability in interviewing, influencing, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving for specialized roles.
•Expertise across multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, local tools, and internal mobility programs.
•Ability to use recruitment metrics and analytics to deliver insights and influence hiring decisions.
