Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage local accounting activities in line with Czech statutory requirements and Group standards, including monthly/quarterly/annual closing and accurate financial reporting.
  • •Coordinate tax filings and statutory reporting with external advisors and authorities, and support internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • •Oversee fixed assets, inventory accounting, and financial documentation, and continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
  • •Support budgeting, forecasting, controlling activities, cash flow/liquidity planning, variance reporting, and receivables/payment processes while acting as a finance business partner.
  • •Collaborate with local management and Group Finance/colleagues, and support selected People & Culture initiatives as a local contact with the global People & Culture team.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in an international environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Czech accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
  • •Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.
  • •Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, and external service providers.
