  • •Measure and define the expected impact of trainings with managers and KPI tracking.
  • •Lead project management and deployment of training initiatives, coordinating external providers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Create and maintain competency maps and job references to support internal mobility and career development.
  • •Contribute to talent reviews and development plans to retain high-potential employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's/Master's (Bac+5) in educational engineering, education sciences, HR, project management or equivalent
