•Measure and define the expected impact of trainings with managers and KPI tracking.
•Lead project management and deployment of training initiatives, coordinating external providers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
•Create and maintain competency maps and job references to support internal mobility and career development.
•Contribute to talent reviews and development plans to retain high-potential employees.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's/Master's (Bac+5) in educational engineering, education sciences, HR, project management or equivalent

•Ability to translate strategic needs into training plans and manage end-to-end deployment
