Service Assistant

Support the Service team in Coldwater by ensuring day-to-day service center operations run smoothly. You’ll deliver world-class customer experience, coordinate vehicle logistics (drop-offs/pickups, body shop runs, and test charging), arrange Lyft rides for internal moves, assist with pre-delivery inspection and vehicle handover, and help technicians with basic shop support. The role includes forklift and CPR-related training and requires onsite availability with flexible schedules.
