Key Responsibilities

  • •Create documents and artifacts to support, communicate with, and educate stakeholders; gather and track feedback.
  • •Plan and execute internal and external meetings, offsites, and partner events, ensuring logistics and materials are handled with precision.
  • •Support, track, and where appropriate deliver internal and external training for post and innovation programs.
  • •Collate and internally manage resource information so post and production teams are informed.
  • •Provide executive-level support, including complex diary management, travel coordination (domestic and international), and expense processing; schedule meetings and capture minutes and action items.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a Post Production role (typically 5 or more years).
  • •Understanding of high-end post production technologies and workflows (Dailies, Editorial, VFX, Delivery).
