Support senior staff in origination, execution and administration of Trade Finance transactions within the Global Trade Finance Department. •Support senior deal teams in the marketing for, origination of, execution and post-closing management of transactions, including preparation of marketing material, due diligence, transaction summaries, credit application drafting, and some legal documentation reviews.
•Research client needs, including supply chain analysis and trade flows, and contribute to trade finance strategic business development initiatives in EMEA and globally.
•Liaise with relevant departments within EMEA to facilitate marketing and execution including credit, OAD, CPD, legal, CIB, SFS and CM Pillars, OAD, FMD.
•Ensure understanding and compliance with bank procedures and regulations across processes.
•Contribute to asset and portfolio management and support senior management initiatives.
