Drive growth in Animal Nutrition & Health by owning a defined customer portfolio across Essential Products, Performance Solutions, and Precision Services. Set and execute sales targets, build individual customer plans, and maintain CRM excellence. Manage key commercial terms including contracts, credit limits, and payment terms while collaborating with Performance Solutions Sales Managers and Technical Experts. The role covers the UK and Ireland with expected travel of around 80 days per year.

•Lead Animal Nutrition & Health sales activities for a defined customer portfolio and ensure strong engagement and value delivery.
•Define and execute sales targets across Essential Products, Performance Solutions, and Precision Services to drive sustainable growth.
•Develop and implement individual customer plans across all business lines.
•Maintain CRM excellence and apply sales best practices.
•Build and manage high-level customer relationships and handle commercial elements including contracts, credit limits, and payment terms; collaborate with Technical Experts and Performance Solutions Sales Managers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in nutrition or account management, with formal studies in Animal Nutrition & Health or a related subject.
•Strong scientific grounding to understand and translate complex nutritional and health concepts.
•Excellent communication skills with a proactive, organized, and flexible working style.
•Curiosity and a growth-minded mindset to build long-term expertise in the animal nutrition and health sector.
•Proven ability to deliver high-quality written communication and confidently engage with diverse stakeholders.
