Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
•Strong experience with Spring framework and relational databases.
•Experience building distributed and concurrent systems, including Kafka.
•Experience writing testable code and using unit and integration testing strategies.
•Strong coding best practices, including code reviews, open feedback, and end-to-end ownership.
