Job Summary

Drive Free Cash Flow performance by leading short-range cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. Improve working capital efficiency through analysis of AR, inventory, and AP, and identify opportunities to enhance the cash conversion cycle. Manage CAPEX forecasting and governance, analyze balance sheet performance, and provide insights to senior leadership. Partner across Treasury, Controllership, Tax, and business teams to strengthen cash visibility and forecasting accuracy, and support Investor Relations with cash-related earnings insights.

•Lead short range forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of Free Cash Flow performance.
•Analyze and improve working capital drivers (Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Accounts Payable) to improve cash conversion cycle efficiency.
•Manage CAPEX forecasting, reporting, and governance.
•Analyze balance sheet performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
•Partner cross-functionally to improve cash visibility and forecasting accuracy, develop executive cash reporting/models/presentations, and support Investor Relations with cash-related earnings insights.
