Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of approximately seven to eight engineers responsible for specialized laboratory testing and engineering activities.
  • •Oversee daily engineering operations across multiple laboratories, including thermal/environmental testing, mechanical shock and vibration, failure analysis, and EMI/EMC testing.
  • •Coordinate server and rack-level testing activities, schedules, resources, and equipment maintenance to meet customer deliverables.
  • •Monitor active experiments, respond to technical issues, and coordinate troubleshooting, triage, root-cause analysis, and customer reporting.
  • •Ensure engineers are supported, trained, and equipped to execute testing safely and effectively, while improving lab processes and operational efficiency.
