Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up fixtures and jigs and develop tools for mass production and development phases.
  • •Support E2E delivery of new innovation tools for departments (II&PD, PEX, Production, C&SQ, and others).
  • •Design and finalize tool concepts/solutions, then fabricate parts using standard program assembly and test functions.
  • •Ensure quality of tools, jigs, and fixtures before handing them to requesters.
  • •Support improvement projects for machine parts and machine modifications, including operating machines (CNC 3X, CNC Lathe, Milling) and using CAD/CAM.
