Job Summary

Lead GBSC’s operations excellence by establishing and running performance management, financial planning, and operational governance across internal teams and third-party partners. Own KPI frameworks, budgeting/forecasting and headcount planning, capacity/workforce planning, and data governance to ensure reporting and analytics drive decisions. Manage vendor and contract governance, process discipline, and knowledge management, while partnering with Strategy & Transformation, Customer Experience, PMO, and Finance to align planning with execution.

•Oversee data governance and business insights to ensure a single source of truth for reporting and analytics.
•Establish vendor and contract governance frameworks (SLAs, scorecards, governance routines) and lead vendor/BPO performance reviews.

•Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
