Key Responsibilities

•Lead energy modelling and building performance analysis to meet performance targets, LEED certification, energy code compliance, and other sustainability goals
•Interpret climate data and building typologies to inform design strategies
•Conduct daylight analysis to support high-performance design decisions
•Prepare technical reports detailing analysis and design recommendations
•Collaborate internally to achieve project sustainability objectives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or relevant discipline
•3-5 years of professional experience in building physics or related fields
•Knowledge of certification systems such as LEED, Mostadam, Estidama, and energy code compliance
•Proficiency with Rhino/Grasshopper including Ladybug, honeybee, etc.
•Experience with energy modelling tools such as IES-VE, OpenStudio, EnergyPlus, or eQuest (advantage)
