Key Requirements

  • •Be an active member in good standing with a local faith group and have local church or judicatory approval prior to hire (ordination preferred).

  • •Preferred education includes a Master’s degree, ideally a Master of Divinity (M.Div.).
  • •Demonstrate a lifestyle consistent with faith teachings and maintain a strong reputation as a spiritual leader in the community.
