•Represent operations inside R&D as the voice of the people who will run the design.
•Own operability requirements including maintenance access, sparing, and procedures designed in with vetoes.
•Build the O&M foundation for new designs, drafting procedures, training outlines, and staffing models.
•Run operability reviews on every release to assess what breaks and whether technicians can fix it.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,000 - 271,000 annually

•Influence design from an operations perspective and win the arguments that mattered.
•Write procedures technicians actually follow.
•Understand maintainability costs when they’re missing.
