Job Summary

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across global and regional HR teams as the point of contact for the international People & Organisation community. Support the full employee life cycle for national and international leadership, from selection process support and contract creation to employment contract adjustments. Help optimize and standardize global HR processes and independently lead smaller to medium HR and communication projects in collaboration with the responsible Vice President P&O.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between global and regional HR teams and ensure information flows.
•Support the employee life cycle for national and international leadership, including selection process, contract and announcement creation, and employment contract adjustments.
•Contribute to global HR initiatives and support optimization and standardization of global HR processes.
•Independently lead smaller and medium HR and communication projects.
•Work closely with the responsible Vice President P&O on employee life cycle support for leadership.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree with focus on Human Resources, business law, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
•Several years of experience in an HR role.
•Negotiation-confident English and intercultural competence to work with international stakeholders at all hierarchy levels.
•Analytical thinking and a structured working style, with the ability to set priorities independently.
•Experience managing global HR projects.
