Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between global and regional HR teams and ensure information flows.
  • •Support the employee life cycle for national and international leadership, including selection process, contract and announcement creation, and employment contract adjustments.
  • •Contribute to global HR initiatives and support optimization and standardization of global HR processes.
  • •Independently lead smaller and medium HR and communication projects.
  • •Work closely with the responsible Vice President P&O on employee life cycle support for leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree with focus on Human Resources, business law, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • •Several years of experience in an HR role.
  • •Negotiation-confident English and intercultural competence to work with international stakeholders at all hierarchy levels.
  • •Analytical thinking and a structured working style, with the ability to set priorities independently.
  • •Experience managing global HR projects.
