Chief Autonomy Flight & Simulation Software Engineer

Lead reusable autonomy software development for Boeing Defense’s Phantom Works team, owning the architectures, standards-based interfaces, and infrastructure that take autonomy from simulation through flight demonstration. Provide single-point technical authority across virtual, hardware-in-the-loop, surrogate, and in-flight environments, drive portfolio reuse across multiple programs, and direct ~10 engineers. Coordinate with test and partner organizations to plan and execute high-visibility demos and fleet exercises.
