Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and implement training plans for the Agency group, including defining training needs, courses, and curriculums.
  • •Design training courses and gather feedback to analyze opportunities for improvement and recommendations for agency training programs.
  • •Develop training materials, review content accuracy/completeness, and ensure materials align with corporate brand identity and are user-friendly.
  • •Deliver training as a trainer, support training program logistics (e.g., venue reservation, registration setup, sound/video operation), and execute training schedules.
  • •Conduct post-course evaluation and prepare summary reports; support other assigned projects from the head of department.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Sales Training and Development, Sales/Distribution, Sales Support, Sales Communications, or related fields in the banking industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • •Ability to define training plans, collect and record feedback, and recommend improvements for agency training programs.
  • •Experience developing training materials and ensuring training content supports defined training objectives.
  • •AI-future skills (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot 365) are an advantage.
