Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support business analysis activities across Commercial & Specialty Insurance transformation initiatives, from discovery through to implementation
  • •Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements using structured techniques
  • •Conduct current state analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessment across underwriting, claims, and policy administration
  • •Support the design of target operating models and future state processes aligned to business objectives
  • •Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements and validate solutions

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Commercial or Specialty Insurance, including London Market or corporate insurance environments
  • •Knowledge of Specialty lines such as Property, Liability, Marine, or Energy
  • •Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and supporting business or technology transformation initiatives
  • •Ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable outputs
  • •Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
