Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve algorithms and control laws for guidance, navigation, flight controls, and aiming systems.
  • •Test, assess, and validate algorithm performance using analytical methods and Monte-Carlo simulations, including V&V for updates and new designs.
  • •Support integration of algorithms into hardware through code generation and hardware-in-the-loop testing, and improve C code for embedded integration.
  • •Maintain and use a digital twin, model physical behaviors of new concepts, and run simulations to guide technical decisions.
  • •Support IVVQ and trials (firing campaigns), perform data collection/analysis, and tune algorithms to achieve performance and accuracy targets while collaborating with multiple internal teams and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, Mathematics, Physics or Electronics.
  • •3 years of relevant experience in an engineering department.
  • •Proficiency in mathematics and statistics, with the ability to handle complex problems and large data volumes.
  • •Experience developing and simulating algorithms with MATLAB and Simulink.
  • •Comfort with real-time embedding challenges on microcontrollers and interest in aerospace/high-tech sensors (optical, magnetic) as a plus.
