Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clear, timely, technically sound support for complex inbound questions involving Constructor APIs, SDKs, data integrations, tagging, event instrumentation, and implementation behavior.
  • •Own customer-facing technical support conversations across tickets, Slack, and calls, keeping customers informed about what’s known, what’s being investigated, and next steps.
  • •Troubleshoot issues by reviewing payloads, logs, API behavior, configuration, and implementation details, then guide customers toward resolution.
  • •Investigate and resolve blockers across data ingestion, tagging, event instrumentation, and API performance, especially when it affects launches or ongoing usage.
  • •Review and improve self-service bot answers and escalation criteria, and help maintain knowledge base and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in a technical support, technical account management, solutions engineering, implementation, or customer-facing engineering role.
  • •Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, logs, HTTP requests, and technical implementation details (including event data).
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication to explain technical complexity simply in tickets, Slack, and customer calls.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high urgency.
