Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Autonomous Airpower office manufacturing floor, headcount, and capital expenditures forecasting for Manufacturing.
  • •Own all aspects of Production, advising engineering design considerations, overseeing factory design, and driving production execution.
  • •Drive Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to build and execute on the 5-year strategic vision and establish team KPIs for financial, quality, and on-time delivery outcomes.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Deployment Operations, and Program Management to execute success and mature products from low-rate prototypes to full-rate production.
  • •Advise on and oversee implementation of digital technologies enabling scale, including PLM/ERP and custom MES and QMS, and be accountable to AS9100D guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years in a Manufacturing/Production leadership role in a hardware development industry, with a track record scaling products from prototype to full rate production at production volumes on the order of 1000s.
  • •Experience with discrete manufacturing operations in highly technical industries such as aerospace, consumer electronics, medical, or automotive (process manufacturing is a plus).
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve high-impact business problems using process, business systems, and data.
  • •Strong outcome orientation to lead initiatives from inception through implementation and adoption, including hands-on execution when needed.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance and able to work closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams at a technical level.
