Job Summary

Act as a hands-on SFMC Developer in Kuala Lumpur, designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. You’ll focus on email journeys, data models, integrations, and analytics, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical implementations. This role requires deep expertise in Marketing Cloud tools, scripting languages, and delivering scalable marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, with specific focus on email-related journeys
•Develop custom scripts, triggers, and APIs to enhance the functionality and performance of the marketing automation tools
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate those into technical solutions
•Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to SFMC
•Test and validate the SFMC solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and technical specifications

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
•Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio
•Knowledge of 1+ SFMC programming languages (AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS/JavaScript, SQL) or Guide Template Language
•Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities)
•Bachelor's, postgraduate degree or professional qualification
