Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to Directors/Counsels for legal documents, guidance, and filings, including child labor permit applications and supporting visa/work-permit documentation.
  • •Create and maintain templates, and identify workflow efficiencies to improve consistency and productivity.
  • •Monitor pending cases and projects with Counsel and Directors to ensure deadlines and timely completion.
  • •Maintain and organize files and trackers for visa and permit expirations and compliance, and keep cross-functional partners informed.
  • •Support legal research and vendor management by liaising with outside counsel and external vendors for timely filings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required.
  • •3 to 5 years of professional experience in a studio, production company, or the legal sector, ideally focused on immigration, employment, or entertainment.
  • •Experience with immigration processes in the United States (US), Canada, and/or Australia.
  • •Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently, with sound judgment to operate independently.
