Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as HR Business Partner for Beyond Yoga with strategic advice and hands-on support for day-to-day HR needs.
  • •Support retail as the Retail Fleet grows, covering the employee lifecycle including store openings/closures, staffing models, incentive design, and workforce management.
  • •Drive the talent agenda through talent assessment, employee development, and succession planning.
  • •Collaborate with executives and HR colleagues to assess organizational effectiveness and build the HR business plan supporting overall strategy.
  • •Lead implementation of the HR business plan and HR programs, fostering a performance culture through coaching and performance management tools/processes.

Key Requirements
