Director, HRBP Beyond Yoga

Serve as the HR Business Partner for Beyond Yoga, reporting to the VP, HRBP Commercial, providing strategic counsel and hands-on support for day-to-day HR needs. Partner with executives and HR colleagues to assess organizational effectiveness and build and implement the HR business plan. Own core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, drive talent agenda, succession planning, performance culture, and support talent acquisition from recruitment through onboarding. Work in a hybrid schedule based at Culver City headquarters.
