Support the health insurance customer service team with administrative case handling. You will process customer and intermediary requests through multiple communication channels, work with modern systems and tools, and contribute to Allianz’s service and customer standards. As a team member, you help shape internal processes while gaining hands-on insight into insurance operations and private customer care in Nürnberg.
