Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform HVAC engineering activities for projects, including delivering ventilation system designs at a principal level.
  • •Produce key HVAC deliverables including ventilation flow diagrams (VFDs), basis of design (BoD), plant sizing calculations, and control philosophy.
  • •Act as originator/checker and approver (where necessary) for HVAC engineering deliverables.
  • •Assist with project planning and scheduling of discipline deliverables and activities, and prepare estimates and schedules.
  • •Manage design changes through change control, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, budget, and schedule.
