Key Responsibilities

  • •Clearly communicate user needs to the product team, maintain high product proficiency, and drive excitement for improvements.
  • •Identify gaps between directorate workflows and effective Onebrief usage, then drive adoption through configuration, coaching, and workflow optimization.
  • •Coordinate incident response with the customer and product engineering team when products are unavailable, broken, or not meeting expectations.
  • •Provide ongoing, role-specific training as the product evolves to ensure users adopt new capabilities rather than relying on outdated workflows.
  • •Lead or support exercises, recommend product improvements from observations of users, and instill the Onebrief brand image.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access DoD facilities and installations.
  • •Proven experience leading operational planning in a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters.
  • •Exposure to large staff planning via Professional Military Education or service experience.
  • •Familiarity with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks.
  • •Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote) and ability to respond to incidents coordinating with customers and product engineering teams.
