  • •Communicate and drive product vision and strategy to stakeholders and Bank agile team members, ensuring quality outcomes aligned to business objectives.
  • •Translate business strategy and goals into clear backlog priorities by partnering with the Team-of-Teams Lead.
  • •Define and communicate acceptance criteria based on business requirements and customer needs.
  • •Own backlog grooming, prioritization, refinement, and help estimate story size and complexity.
  • •Optimize flow of value across the agile environment by removing impediments, resolving conflicts, managing risks and issues, and recommending continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or directly related business operations/product line.
  • •Knowledge of multiple technical software delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
  • •Advanced experience analyzing business requirements, process flows, and use cases to streamline processes with risk management and regulatory requirements.
