Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist on all footwear production development assignments from early development to confirmed sample sign-off.
  • •Coordinate footwear development projects with support from the team leader and interact with vendors for design transitions into production.
  • •Review tech packs with overseas teams and vendors and ensure specs are accurate and on schedule to support timelines.
  • •Coordinate with raw material sourcing, tooling, and other teams to ensure timely delivery execution as required by design.
  • •Communicate product, shipping, and tracking between factories and overseas teams; support sampling stages and CRF corrections, clarifications, and wear/lab test sample processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of working experience in the footwear industry for the Developer role.
  • •Advanced knowledge of the product category, product materials, and the product development lifecycle.
  • •Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong organization and communication skills.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal); Chinese is preferred.
