Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer acquisition, activation, retention, and marketing efficiency across group products.
  • •Set channel strategy and budgets based on CAC, LTV, conversion, and incremental returns.
  • •Build and improve paid acquisition, organic growth, lifecycle, referral, and brand channels.
  • •Work directly with product teams on onboarding, conversion, engagement, and growth loops.
  • •Recruit and develop growth and marketing leaders across businesses.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong track record scaling consumer technology, fintech, or internet products.
  • •Strong understanding and track record of building brands and winning campaigns.
